GOAL OF THE TRAINING:

Support of the Lean Management implementation. To train professionals, who will be able to manage and support effectively Lean management implementation at their own organization.
Development of the participants’ training, trainer and workshop skills. At the end of the training, the „trainers” will be able effectively organize trainings, get to know the necessary communication techniques.
