Stress management

GOAL OF THE TRAINING:

To familiarise participants with what stress means to them, how to identify its causes and how to distinguish it from symptoms of burnout. To learn about possible prevention and management techniques, and to learn exercises to help build self-confidence. Recognise the sources of stress in the organisation or company and identify possible ways of dealing with them.

1. day

Stress:

  • What is the stress? What does stress means?
  • „Good and bad” stress
  • Sources of stress in our life and at work
  • What causes stress for me personally? 
  • Stress reaction’s process, psychological signals, psychological aspects, pattern
  • Role of individual attitude and personality traits; Which I be?

Burnout:

  • The burnout syndrome’s meaning, stages, causes
  • Who is at risk of burnout?
  • Am I threatened by burnout? (self-esteem scale filling, processing) what is it warns for?
  • Stress and burnout relationship

Dealing with stress:

  • How can we influence our life conditions, our lifestyle?
  • How can we influence our physical condition, our sample reaction?
  • Easy to learn excercises to relieve tensions
  • The coping individual psychological techniques
  • Analysis of a highly stressful situation, discover correction options
  • Status reformulation, problem solving in practice
  • Managing emotional stillness, when the unconscious come up
