GOAL OF THE TRAINING:

During the workshop participants will learn the application opportunities and objectives of benchmarking, and they will learn about the most important knowledge and skills for benchmarking through specific practical examples and tasks, what they can apply in their own company. To introduce the participants the best practices of automotive industry’s benchmarking club operation and practical examples of the implementation of Benchmarkoing and Lean management.
