GOAL OF THE TRAINING:

Advanced training of leaders who already complete Foreman training. To develop participants’ manager-, coaching-, team leading-, conflict managing-, production organizing- and process organizing skills through specific tasks, situational games and case studies. 

 

RECOMMENDED FOR: 

Foremen, middle managers, team leaders, shift managers, team coordinators (The training based on Kvalikon Kft’s Foreman training, so its earlier completion makes easier to reach this master level).
