Goal of the training:

To train the staff in charge of internal and supplier audits by analysing the principles and requirements of IATF 16949 and by practising the ISO 19011 audit methodology.

Day 1

Quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015

  • The concept, interpretation and meaning of quality
  • Definition of quality management system, focus of the definition
  • Aim, structure and main features of ISO 9001:2015
  • Changes to ISO 9001:2015, additional requirements compared to ISO 9001:2008
  • The role of ISO 9000:2015 and ISO/TS 9002:2016 in the establishment and operation of quality management systems
  • Task solutions to deepen the knowledge of the standard

Day 2

Quality management system according to IATF 16949:2016

  • Reasons and history of the development of IATF 16949:2016 (in brief!)
  • Purpose, structure and main features of the IATF 16949:2016 standard
  • Requirements of IATF 16949:2016, highlighting the additional requirements compared to ISO/TS 16949:2009
  • Formal interpretation of the IATF 16949 requirements (modification of some requirements of the standard, additions by the IATF, Sanctioned Interpretations)
  • IATF / AIAG / VDA and customer specific requirements related to the quality management system according to IATF 16949:2016 (short overview!)
