Six Sigma Green Belt

Goal of the training:

The participants are acquainted with the opportunities of TQM as management system. The participants will acquire practical familiarity with the 6 Sigma methodology and will be able to independently lead projects in their companies. The participants get to know specific examples and case studies from American and Hungarian companies for the use of 6 Sigma. During the training, the participants accomplish a 6 Sigma pilot project, which results will be presented for the others as part of the exam. Those, who successfully complete the training, receive a Six Sigma Green Belt manager certificate and demand for EOQ MNB diploma.

Recommended for:

Technical managers, Quality managers, Process managers, Production managers, Foremen, Process engineers
