LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

The Leadership Academy aims to:    

A structured, modular system of practical training that, when completed in full or in part, will enable participants to perform their leadership roles effectively and efficiently to a higher standard. Completion of the Kvalikon Leadership Academy will enhance participants' resilience and change their outlook, attitude and positive attitude to change. Their communication methods will improve, their tolerance threshold and their self-confidence will rise, which will go hand in hand with an increased sense of responsibility for their lives. They will complete a subject by subject with new knowledge and competences that are necessary for them to carry out their tasks effectively.

The concept of the Leadership Academy:    

The two foundational modules provide the general "grips" on which leadership is built at different levels of management, operational and strategic respectively. The other training modules, divided into three groups, can be selected according to need, and are designed to develop the practical leadership competences needed to manage individuals, organisations and process systems.
